In an attempt to use the few noodles left over from a couple of different boxes of pasta, I decide to try making homemade Alfredo sauce. Although, it turned out to be pretty tasty, next time I think I am going to try a different recipe. After working at the Olive Garden for five years and eating their Alfredo sauce on a weekly basis, you compare every other sauce to it. And lets just say that it is hard to beat.
Spano's sauce dominated all other sauces. Alfredo was one of the only good things about that place.
