One of my Birthday gifts was a pampered chef stone. I have been wanting one of these for a really long time, but I wasn't sure if it was going to be worth the money. So a friend of mine got me one for my b-day. After cooking with it a few times, I am hooked. I have made cheese pizza and cookies on it so far, and I have never had more evenly baked crust or cookies before. And the best part is...drum roll please...you DON'T wash the stone. Yep, you heard me. All you do is scrap it off and rinse with water...the stuff comes right off.
