Last night, a storm rolled into town. Looking at the radar online we were just on the outskirts of it, but the storm was still pretty powerful. The wind was so strong it broke tree limbs, and sent trash cans flying. Due to the storm, 5,ooo people were out of electricity, and this number included us. So, Steve and I cleaned the house in candle light. After cleaning, it was actually really nice to just sit there in the soft glow with no noise from the television. This got me wishing that the lights would go out more often. After about two hours, power was restored.
